Bulletin Boards, Public Use of
A public bulletin board is available at each library location for organizations wanting to publicize meetings, programs, and special events.
Items to be posted must be submitted to the Communications Coordinator in the Main Library and to the Branch Manager in each branch. Each location will establish its own regulations concerning size of displays and length of time they will be posted, based on demand and space available.
Space for displaying items such as drawings, posters, and photographs from projects of general community interest and participation is available in the Main Library and some of the branches. Such displays must be arranged and approved in advance with the Communications Coordinator in the Main Library and the Branch Manager.
Departmental displays on bulletin boards or in display cases in the Main Library are coordinated by the Supervisors of the respective departments.
