HOW TO... April 2007
- Go to our webpage at www.library.ohio.gov
- In approximately the middle of the page under the heading “State Government” click on the link that says “Get a Card.”
- Enter your first name, last name, work email and work phone.
- From the drop down list, select the name of the agency you work for.
- Fill in the rest of the fields with the proper information. The fields marked with a red asterisk must be filled in.
- Click “Submit Form”
How to Register Online for a Library Card
If you are an employee of the state of Ohio obtaining a library card to the State Library is very simple. Follow the steps below and you can have access to thousands of books, databases and online articles at your fingertips.
You will be issued your card within one business day. As soon as your card has been issued you will receive an email with your library card number so that you can begin using online resources immediately.
