Jay Burton, State Library of Ohio WebJunction has released “Library Management Competencies”, a guide to courses and resources to help current and aspiring library managers to be more successful in their work. Combined with the Ohio competencies developed by the Ohio Library Council, these courses provide knowledge and skills to increase on-the-job effectiveness in tailored, personal learning plans using self-paced, online courses which include:
Access is simple. Visit the WJOH website oh.webjunction.org and log in using your WJOH account, select the “Course Catalog” tab, then select the competencies tab.
