Subscribing to the ohiogovdoc list
All federal government publication discard lists will be submitted electronically to the ohiogovdoc mailing list.
Each federal depository in the state is required to subscribe to the ohiogovdoc mailing list.
To subscribe to the "ohiogovdoc" list:
- a) Send an email message to: ohiogovdoc–subscribe@winslo.state.oh.us
- b) For the subject field enter the following Subject: ohiogovdoc request
- NOTE:If you do not know how to format a message in plain text, please check with your local suppport person or, you can read the following document, Mailing List Formatting Guidelines, which includes instructions for the most common email clients.
Once the list owner receives your confirmation, your address will be added to the subscriber database and you will receive a message to tell you that you are a subscriber.
To unsubscribe from the "ohiogovdoc" list:
- a) Send an email message to: ohiogovdoc–unsubscribe@winslo.state.oh.us
- b) Enter the following in the subject field, Subject: ohiogovdoc request
- c) Leave the message body of your "plain text formatted" email blank
