Lynn Grimshaw, of Wheelersburg, was appointed to the Board in July of 2007.

Lynn was the Scioto County Prosecuting Attorney from 1977 through 2004.

He served with the Ohio Army National Guard for a number of years, and was deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.

Lynn served as a member of the Portsmouth Public Library Board from 2005 until his appointment to the State Library Board.

Some other board experience for Lynn includes the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association, the Ohio Justice Alliance for Community Corrections, the Portsmouth Pastoral Counseling Center, the Scenic Scioto Heritage Trail, the Martin Luther King Scholarship Committee of Portsmouth and the Wheelersburg United Methodist Church.

Lynn is married and has two sons.
