If a system problem occurs, please open a trouble ticket via the web at https://servicedesk.oclc.org. (This is the 'support' link on the VDX page in the navigation bar.) Or, you may call the OCLC OLS: MORE help desk at 1866-939-6446 (866-939-OHIO) and they will open a trouble ticket for you. If you call, please identify yourself as an OLS: MORE library and give them your MORE ID number. It is recommended however that you open a trouble ticket at the helpdesk.

- Please include your contact name, email and number in the body of the problem

How do you ship items?
Include either a MORE Shipping or Returned slip with each item. Place items into a bag or container. Attach a mailing label.
How much can we stuff in a container? How should we pack it?

Lost shipment?
Report losses directly via the Delivery Service Issue Form
Liability is limited to $100, but additional coverage can be purchased by requesting a Bill of Lading from the driver (charge is .50 for each $100 additional coverage). Please see the Customer Service Claims Procedure page for more information.
